Caddington Youth FC have held a number of 5 and 6-a-Side football tournaments over the years with last year being no exception with over 100 teams competing across two days. This year we are going to do it slightly different as part of England Football Future Fit initiative.

We are pleased to announce our very first 3vs3 End of Season Football Tournament Cup.

It is going to be lots of fun. We will have four air pitches, music, BBQ, bouncy castle and the club house open to all. 

Tournament Details 

Date: Sunday 26th April 2026

Age Groups: U8 Girls | U8 Boys | U10 Boys | U11 Girls 

AM 09:30-13:30 | U8 Girls & U10 Boys 

PM 14:30-18:30 | U8 Boys & U11 Girls 

Cost: £30 Per Team (No hidden costs)

Location: Caddington Sports & Social Club, Manor Road, LU1 4HH

Format: Each age group will consist of a round robin, followed by semi finals and final. Games will be 10 minutes, continuous play. All finalist will receive a medal with the winning teams receiving a Cup 

Teams: You can enter a maximum of two teams (Max squad size per team shall not exceed 5 players and players can't be rotated between teams if two entered).

Note 1: No JPL Teams or Academy Players 

Why 3vs3 

3v3 football is a fast-paced, small-sided game (three players per side, no goalkeeper) focused on maximizing player touches, decision-making, and skill development, especially for young players. It boost engagement and learning through more action and simpler rules. It's fast paced and lots of fun.

Upon completion of your registration form, you will recieve an email within 48 hours from one of our committee members, providing you with a payment link. Your teams place is only confirmed once payment has been recieved.
